In 2009, AntBuddy started doing research and implementing projects on VoIP, Phone and CRM in the context in which very few people in Vietnam know about these concepts. For 10 consecutive years, the number of AntBuddy's solutions has increased gradually according to the effective demand of customers and the rapid technological change.

In 2018, AntBuddy officially opened offices in Singapore and Myanmar to support customers in these two markets. In 2019, AntBuddy started testing in two other new markets which were Laos and Cambodia.

So far, AntBuddy's solutions are able to provide multi-channel communication and customer management solutions by Phone, VoIP, Chat, SMS, Social Networks on Web, PC and Mobile platforms. Automation and AI projects are also being integrated into existing products to meet the increasing demands of local and foreign businesses in Vietnam.
